Q: How do I know the items are authentic?
All our items are obtained directly from the athlete, in person. We never purchase or obtain autographs from a third-party. Every signed item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity validating the authenticity of that item for life.


Q: Does Sportsignatures purchase memorabilia?
No. In order to ensure 100% authenticity, Sportsignatures does not purchase any memorabilia from outside sellers or vendors.


Q: Will Sportsignatures memorabilia pass third-party authentication services, such as PSA/DNA or JSA?
Yes. All our items are guaranteed to pass third-party authentication services and, if for any reason an item does not, we will refund 110% of the purchase price.


Q: How can I view the status of my order?
There are two ways to view your order status:
1) Registered Users: Simply click "Account History" on the Customer Service page and log in. There you can review all your past orders with us.
2) All Other Users: Click "Order Status" on our homepage. There you can enter your Order Confirmation Number. If you can't find your confirmation number, please check your past e-mails for our Order Confirmation or call Customer Service at (216) 220-5640.


Q: How much is charged for shipping?
Shipping charges vary depending on the item you purchase. Estimated shipping costs are as follows:
  • Cards: $2.00 ($0.75 for each additional card)
  • Photos: $6.50 ($1.50 for each additional photo)
  • Baseball & Mini Helmets: $8.00 ($2.00 for each additional helmet)
  • Jerseys: $10.00
You can also receive a total shipping estimate anytime by adding an item to your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice Page before confirming your order.


Q: How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders go out the same day as your purchase, with all orders shipped within 24 hours of purchase.


Q: Will Sportsignatures authenticate or appraise my memorabilia?
No. We do not authenticate or appraise outside items.

Q: What should I look for in autographed memorabilia?
When examining autographed memorabilia, the first thing you should look for is the reputation of the seller. Many autographed memorabilia merchants work with outside suppliers and never evaluate products first hand. All of our items are obtained by our agents, in person and directly from the athlete to ensure authenticity and quality. Secondly, carefully review the quality of the item. Our detailed descriptions and photos include all the information you'll need to establish the quality of an item. We select only the best materials for autographing and our agents personally examine all our products following the signing and prior to the sale.
